a detailed job description. A description that not only captures

hiring authority and strictly adhered to.
Additionally,
we periodically conduct polling surveys to determine the current

both literacy and software testing. In certain situations, we can

prepare a confidential written report, including resumes and an
outline of each candidate's testing and interview performance.
Checking
the references of all candidates is a crucial
step in our recruiting process. In keeping with the technological
advances of our times, we can conduct extensive reference checks
worldwide.
Reviewing
the Interview ....................................................................

follow up with the client and the candidates after every interview.
This allows us to review the candidate's interview performance with
the client and to provide valuable feedback from the candidate,
which may assist the company in coming to a final decision.
In
the final hiring process, we coordinate the negotiations between
the chosen applicant and the firm. We assist the successful candidate
in "giving notice" and handling "counter-offers"
when applicable. We ensure that that the transition period and settle-in
phase goes as smoothly as possible.
Two
weeks, one month, three month and six month follow-ups are maintained
with both the client and the successful candidate. Additionally,
we are always available on an "as-needed" basis to assist
with any issues that may arise.

regular communication, site visits and quality assurance measures

Associates will conduct a replacement search at no cost.

is executed with the same enthusiasm and attention to fit
